“Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good ”

“Beautiful condo in great location near Tahoe City. Plenty of room for 5 people. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Clean, well-functioning bathrooms. Great kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and some food including spices, teas, etc. Responsive contacts by phone or text. Two downsides--traffic noise from Rt 28 and malfunctioning refrigerator. We followed instructions on it to wait 24 hr from check in to call if not cooling. So we did but a technician did arrive until 24 hr later. ...
